SpazioAste is the Italian portal dedicated to real estate and movable asset auctions, specialized in providing technological services to judicial offices, professionals, and users.
It is the first online bidding system in Italy to apply blockchain auctions technology to every stage of the auction process.
Thanks to the integration of blockchain auctions, every event related to the auction is traceable and certified. This ensures the immutability, publicity, and verifiability of data while fully respecting privacy.
KNOBS developed the entire technological infrastructure of the project, with a special focus on the notarization process on blockchain. This process provides legal validity to the information and auction procedures, offering an advanced, transparent, and secure platform for all participants.
The blockchain auctions system significantly improves how legal procedures are carried out. By introducing blockchain technology, auctions become more secure and reliable for both professionals and users.
