Blockchain discovery – Roadmap and opportunities for the automotive industry

The project

A major industrial group operating in the automotive sector engaged KNOBS to explore the potential of blockchain technology for the company's strategic and operational optimization. The goal was to understand which business areas could benefit most from blockchain solutions, and how to prioritize them.

KNOBS conducted a structured Business Assessment process, which led to the creation of a Blockchain Application Matrix — a strategic tool that categorizes opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and expected benefits. The process concluded with the definition of a short list of priority projects to be launched.
