The project
Forever Bambù is a company committed to reforestation and environmental sustainability, offering businesses a concrete opportunity to reduce their ecological footprint.
The goal was clear: to develop a digital tool to certify and transparently track CO₂ offsetting through the purchase of bamboo-cultivated land plots.
KNOBS developed a Web App powered by blockchain technology, using NFTs to digitally represent each land plot. Each NFT certifies ownership, location, and CO₂ absorption capacity, providing companies with an innovative way to manage their carbon footprint and report offsetting actions in a verifiable and secure way.
This makes CO₂ tracking and environmental certification on blockchain a practical solution for ESG-focused businesses.
