The project
In a context where proper therapy management is increasingly critical, Medical Memo revolutionizes patient support with an innovative therapy reminder by phone for treatments and medical exams. The system uses Smart-IVR technology, capable of calling the patient exactly when a medication needs to be taken or an exam attended.
KNOBS designed and developed the complete solution: a mobile app for Android and iOS, combined with a web platform for configuration and monitoring. The system is designed not only for patients but also for caregivers, family members, or physicians, who can schedule calls, personalize voice messages, and receive detailed reports on communication effectiveness.
The therapy reminder system significantly reduces missed treatments, increases therapeutic adherence, and is especially suited for elderly or fragile users thanks to the simplicity of phone calls. It also enables remote management by healthcare professionals and relatives.
