The project
Prendi in Casa is an innovative platform designed to manage shared housing solutions in Milan. Originally developed for students, the platform has evolved since 2021 to also welcome couples, families, and adults living alone.
Through an interactive map, users can view housing demand and supply in real time and benefit from an automatic matching system between seekers and providers. All document exchanges and communications take place online, making the process simpler and more transparent.
