The project
Sibyl is a virtual assistance platform designed for Public Administration, aimed at improving citizens’ access to public services. The platform manages individual service requests in the education and healthcare sectors, offering automated, accessible, and transparent support.
KNOBS contributed to the design of the virtual assistance platform for the public sector, developing the blockchain-based architecture, smart contracts, and the web portal.
