SardexPay partnered with KNOBS to integrate Web3 components into its platform, aiming to expand service offerings and enhance user interaction.

KNOBS designed a Web3 loyalty token system that generates and distributes on-chain tokens directly to user wallets. The solution was fully integrated into SardexPay’s registration flow, ensuring a smooth and intuitive onboarding experience for users accessing the new digital services.

The token infrastructure automates customer rewards, helping SardexPay retain top users and incentivize activity within the credit network. By adopting Web3-native tools, the platform reduces operational costs while opening up new possibilities in customer loyalty and engagement.
