Telecommunications, Culture, NFT, Digital Innovation
TIM, a leading Italian telecommunications company, recognized the importance of bridging the gap between technology and culture. To address this need, the company launched an innovative project focused on integrating NFT and blockchain for museums. The goal was to create a secure, engaging, and cutting-edge experience for museum visitors by merging digital innovation with artistic heritage.
KNOBS took charge of the design and development of an advanced system built on blockchain technology. This system generates QR Codes that are directly linked to NFTs, associated with both the artworks exhibited in the museums and the tickets required to access them. Visitors can simply scan these QR Codes with their smartphones, which allows them to redeem secure and verifiable digital certificates. This process not only improves the visitor experience but also guarantees the highest level of security and reliability in digital transactions.
- Enhanced museum experience through direct interaction with content via NFTs.
- Increased security and reliability in ticketing and digital access processes.
- Experimentation with new digital models for enhancing art through emerging technologies.
- Direct audience engagement through collectibility and participation.
