The project
To address the Covid-19 emergency, Regione Lombardia launched special financial aid measures for citizens, including a rent bonus. KNOBS designed and developed a rent bonus digital platform to manage the entire application process.
Accessible via web, the platform allows users to fill out the application online, upload required documents and track the status of their request. On the back-office side, public administrators can review submissions, log them, manage rankings and generate official reports entirely digitally.
