TempoCasa – Blockchain and smart contracts in real estate

The project
As part of a technology upgrade path focused on innovation, TempoCasa selected KNOBS as a training partner to explore the potential of blockchain in the real estate sector. The goal was twofold: on one hand, to provide updated skills to internal teams, and on the other, to explore new and concrete application opportunities to improve services and boost the company's competitiveness.
The training program, consisting of theoretical sessions and practical workshops, covered the main blockchain use cases for real estate (notarization, digital identity, asset tokenization), with a technical focus on writing smart contracts in Solidity on Ethereum, in collaboration with the internal IT team.
Results achieved
- Enhanced digital skills with a dedicated focus on the real estate sector and blockchain.
- Hands-on training on smart contracts and Solidity programming for the tech team.
- Adoption of an innovation-driven culture aimed at implementing Web3 solutions in real estate services.
